TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS
1. About Reservations:
By confirming a reservation with Green Stone Adventures, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
2. Cancellation Policies:
Day tours and shuttle transportation: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@GreenStone.co.cr at least 3 days prior to the start date of the service.
Travel packages including accommodations, transportation, and activities:
During regular season, cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance.
During special dates, such as Easter Week and Week 52, cancellations must be made at least 60 days before the start date of the service.
If the cancellation is not made within the specified timeframes or if the client does not show up on the reserved date, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
3. Modifications:
Any request to modify a reservation must be submitted in writing and will be subject to availability. Green Stone Adventures reserves the right to apply additional charges for changes to the reservation.
4. No Show (Client Absence):
If the client does not show up on the agreed date and time, the reservation will be considered canceled and will not be refundable.
5. Acceptance of Conditions:
The client acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions at the time of confirming their reservation with Green Stone Adventures.
